The 38-year-old singer addressed the claims directly and publicly, using her well-known wit to shut down the speculation.
The rumours gained momentum after Instagram blogger Krissy Clemons, who runs the popular account @everybodyhatekrissy, shared a video featuring an older photograph of Rihanna in which a baby bump was visible. Rather than issuing a formal statement, Rihanna chose to enter the comment section herself on Wednesday, quipping: "Is the baby in the womb with us?" — a remark that was widely interpreted as a clear and dismissive denial.
The latest speculation is not the first time the artist has fielded questions about expanding her family. In January, Rihanna responded to a video posted by former Love Island personality Montana Rose Brown, who had been debating publicly whether to prioritise fitness or pregnancy in 2026. Rihanna replied at the time, "Wait! So I'm not crazy then? Bet!" — a comment that some followers read as ambiguous, contributing to the renewed interest in her family plans.
Rihanna currently has three children with her longtime partner, rapper A$AP Rocky. The couple welcomed their first daughter, Rocki, on 13 September 2025, joining two sons — RZA, aged three, and Riot Rose, aged two. Meanwhile, A$AP Rocky is preparing for a demanding schedule ahead, with a global concert tour set to get underway later in the year.
